Even on busy days you can find at least 30 minutes to workout. Before school, before work, before bed, after work, after school, on your break…etc. It’s just getting the motivation to do it. Here is one of my favorite quick work outs for busy days or lazy days.
Basically, what I’m showing you is my Scrap(thefat)book. It’s just a book that I write/draw/create collages in to keep track of what I’m doing. I write thoughtful words to myself & talk about recipes that I like/are low-calorie, achievements with workouts & notes of inspiration. It’s in it’s beginning stages, but I encourage everyone to get one!
When there’s a day that I’m not really ~feeling the idea of working out, I look to my book, read one of my letters to myself & get motivated. Really great for people like me who lack motivation when they don’t see the results they want right away.
