How to calculate your maximum heart rate to know how hard you’re working during your cardio
PS: the “fat burning zone” (about 60% to 70% of your maximum heart rate) doesn’t mean you’re burning more fat. It just means the body burns a higher percentage of calories from fat when in this zone. However, at higher intensities (70-90% of your maximum heart rate), you burn a greater number of overall calories.
Thanks. This blog is an extension of my regular blog, so I tend to just follow people on my personal one instead.
If you use my content, I ask you to please keep the source. Some of it isn’t even mine to use, and I source when I can.
Curve-a-licious today.
Guys & gals,
I know I haven’t written on this blog in FOREVERRRRR and I am so very sorry. Unfortunately, life happens and it’s really hard to get back on track with ~SRS~ blogging. HOWEVER, here I am making a small life update for all of you.
I’m on this shake thing called Body By Vi. It’s essentially making your own protein shakes with their protein powder (which smells like cake batter - YUM) and some ingredients using a recipe book they provide you. Today I had a coffee shake for breakfast & a apple pie shake for lunch. I may have used too much cinnamon in the apple pie shake, but overall I’m pleased with the results.
Does anyone else do Body By Vi? Or does anyone else want a little more information? If I refer 3 people, I get my mix free, so I’m willing to share as much info as I can with you all.

Real update will come soon enough, all.
I weighed myself this morning & almost cried. Almost.
